The staff at Adventure Lodge And Motels are patient and very helpful, and they definitely know their business. the economy twin room we stayed in was brand-new and neat. In the morning, we enjoyed a great breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs.

The location was magnificent, near restaurants as well as the center of the northern island. I checked out Tupapakurua Falls Lookout, it was minutes from the property. Loved National Park, the hotel was fancy and easy to shuttle to the mountain from here.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, with a clean, quiet and well-heated suite. Free parking right in front of the unit made travel hassle-free. the location was excellent, with easy access to Whakapapa village and walking distance to nearby restaurants.

The communal kitchen area was too small, with inconvenient access on the other side. the lack of soundproofing was a major issue, and the heater in the room was ineffective.
